DEPOSITS, CANCELLATIONS, and REFUNDS:
We ask for a $200. refundable security deposit when you reserve with us.
When you depart we credit back your credit card the $200. as long as there is no damage or excessive cleaning. Balance is due 60 nights prior to your arrival, below is the cancel policy.
We require a minimum security deposit of $200. Your deposit is refundable within 14 days after your departure if there are no damages, losses or excessive cleaning. You are advised to follow proper checkout procedures to avoid charges to your security deposit, check in is after 3 pm and check out by 11 am.
A security deposit must be paid upon reservation with a credit card number. Full payment is required 30 days prior to arrival low season or 60 days prior High Season.
Full payment is required at the time of the booking if your reservation is being made within the 30/60 day time period-which ever applies.
We accept Visa and MasterCard.
No personal checks will be accepted for reservations made less than 30 days prior to arrival. Please allow 3-5 weeks for all mainland checks to clear.
All reservations are subject to a $100. cancellation fee.
Cancellations placed 30 days prior to arrival (low season) and 60 days prior (high season) will be assessed $100.
All cancellations placed after the 30 (low) 60 day (high) season will be charged the full cost of the reservation unless the unit can be re-rented.
No refunds will be given once the unit is occupied and the actual stay is for less than the dates specified in the reservation, unless the unit can be re-rented.
We do offer Lodging Protection Insurance, please call 800 421 3696 if you would be interested in information. The cost is 6 1/2% of the total.
